Return to the Earth
The Return to the Earth project supports Native Americans in burying unidentifiable ancestral remains now scattered across the United States and enables a process of education and reconciliation between Native and Non-Native peoples.
The mission of Transition Lancaster is to catalyze the re localization of Lancaster City, such that it is resilient in the face of peak oil, climate change and the global economic crisis; environmentally restorative and fiscally sustainable; and socially just.

Built in 2002 and based on a vision received, the Turtle Lodge is founded upon spiritual, land-based teachings that bring balance to life. It has been built for our children – the center of our lives. The fundamental goal is Mino-Pi-Mati-Si-Win – A Good and Peaceful Way of Life. The Turtle Lodge is based on the Seven Sacred Laws and the Eight Paths of the Medicine Wheel, the ancient universal values of the First Peoples of America.
